Suprasil® 窗口片采用高纯度合成熔融石英制成,可在 200 至 3500nm 的范围内提供高而平直的透射率曲线。Suprasil 窗口片具有与熔融石英相似的机械性质,而且在可见光或红外光谱范围内没有吸收带,因此在 1400 - 2700nm 范围内没有透射损失。 与 Infrasil®产品相比,Suprasil 窗口片的羟基含量 <1 ppm,因此吸收率更低,所以在与高功率激光器搭配使用时,由于体吸收而产生的升温可以忽略不计。Suprasil 窗口片非常适用于激光材料处理和医疗激光应用,或者使用 Nd:doped 激光器或 2 微米激光器的应用。
